Xian means the eternal city which is the capital of Shaanxi province. In Xian, you will find 3000 years of China. TerraCotta Army

The TerraCotta Army was said to have aimed to protect the emperor in the afterlife and was discovered by a farmer in 1974 when digging well water. The museum has an area of ​​16,300 square meters which is divided into 3 parts and marked in the order of discovery. When visiting China, TerraCotta Xian is a destination that must be visited and registered by UNESCO in 1987 as one of the world’s cultural heritages.

Xian City Wall

Built as a fortress and registered with the UNESCO Military World Heritage Site. To enjoy Xian city wall, you can rent a bicycle and drive around 14 square kilometers. Drum and Bell Tower

The drum tower is located in the northwest and not from the location of the Bell tower of Xian. Both are called towers of the brothers in Ancient China (Yuan Dynasty 1271-1368). The drum tower is used to signal the passage of time and also as an alarm when an emergency. Bell tower, by Emperor Zhu Yuan Zhang, serves to provide early warning of the attacks of rival rulers.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda

Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a symbol of the city of Xian which is an ancient building that is still well-maintained and is currently a Buddhist holy place. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda was built in 652 during the reign of Emperor Gao Zong of the Tang dynasty (618-907) with the aim of collecting Buddhist material taken from India by Hierarch Xuanzang.
